FTCU Privacy Policy

Overview

FTCU is an internal fuel submission and audit app used to record operational fuel data and send it to a configured endpoint.

Information We Collect

FTCU may collect information that you enter into the app, including:

• Vehicle registration

• WWID

• Reference number

• Odometer reading

• Litres used

• Total value

• Pump number

• Pump side

• Audit type

• Audit reading

• Site name

• Fuel type

• Fuel price per litre

• Submission endpoint

How Information Is Used

We use this information to:

• Create fuel submissions and fuel audits

• Store entries locally on the device

• Send submissions to the configured Google endpoint

• Show recent activity and submission status

• Retry queued submissions when connectivity returns

Storage

Submission history and app settings are stored locally on the device. If the device is offline, submissions may remain queued until a connection is available.

Data Sharing

FTCU does not sell personal information. Data is transmitted only to the endpoint configured by your organization for operational use.

Third-Party Services

FTCU can send data to a Google Apps Script or similar endpoint configured by the user or organization. That service may process or store data according to its own policies.

Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

FTCU is intended for internal operational use and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
